Very Large Roman Key

An impressive rare and rather large first to second century Roman bronze key. Measuring 10.4 CM (4-1/8 inches) in length, it is an early hollow shaft design. Evenly coated with a variegated green patina. It is a highly decorated example offered in as found condition. Discovered in Eastern Europe, this was certainly once the key to the main door of a Roman home
